Which surebet scanner fits your bookmakers
Every «best arbitrage software» list on the web ranks tools its authors never logged into, and half are written by the tools themselves. This page puts the five arbitrage betting software services we have used from inside on one table, on the numbers that decide whether a subscription pays.
Pros
- Every price checked on a logged-in account
- Refund and renewal rules from the terms, not the marketing
- Free plans described by what they hide
- Bookmaker mix by region, not by count
Cons
- No paid plan bought, so feed quality is secondhand
- Scan speed taken from vendors and single tests
- No US-facing scanners in the set
- Prices change more than once a year
How we compared the five arbitrage scanners
We opened an account on each and read what the account showed: the plan page with every period, the free feed with its masks and counters, the filter with its bookmaker list, the checkout, and the user agreement and refund page. Prices in the tables are what the plan page displayed to a logged-in account, in euro, on the day.
What we did not do is buy a plan. So the speed figures below are the vendors' own or a single third-party test, and the quality of the paid feed is what subscribers report, and we say so each time. Where a vendor states a number two ways on two pages, both are given.
No scanner paid for placement. The main tables follow the order we reviewed them in; the price tables run from cheapest to dearest. There is no ranking because the five do not compete for the same bettor.
The five scanners in brief
BetBurger is the widest scanner of the five: 600+ bookmakers, 40 sports and 27 esports, surebets, valuebets and middles in prematch and live, a Telegram bot and an API. It is also the dearest for live, and its refund rules are the harshest here. The free-forever plan shows real value bets up to about 2% and locks the surebet feed; a €5.99 day pass replaces the paid trial. Full BetBurger review.
RebelBetting is a value-betting tool from Sweden with a sure-betting module attached. Prematch only, by policy. Its plans are defined by percentage caps, not by features, and its Profit Guarantee is an extra month with 500-bet conditions, not a refund. The 14-day trial is the best free entry in the category. Full RebelBetting review.
Surebet.com is the old prematch scanner from Minsk that renamed its plans to Free, Basic and Max while every other review kept the old names. Basic at €29.90 a month is the price the category used to be measured against; the Free plan shows real matches with surebets capped at 1%. No live feed, no auto-renewal. Full Surebet.com review.
OddStorm is the speed specialist: football only, in-play first, one to three seconds a scan by its own numbers, from €150 a month. The 2026 rebuild replaced the VIP tiers the web still describes with Pro and Elite. Its 7-day trial needs a card and converts on day 8. Full OddStorm review.
BreakingBet is the budget option from Murmansk: prematch €15.74, live €31.49, every feature on every plan, unlimited freezing, no auto-renewal. The bookmaker list is built around Russian, CIS and African books; the free account shows percentages and hides everything else. Full BreakingBet review.

The bookmaker row needs reading with care. OddStorm states its count four ways on four pages, and 31 is what a logged-in account showed. BreakingBet's “390+” is 62 brands plus regional clones. Surebet's 1,076 counts Betsson six times. Every figure is the vendor's, and none says how many books you could open from your country.
A bookmaker count is a marketing number. The filter, opened from your own account, is the real one.
Arbitrage software prices per day
Monthly prices hide the spread, because the five sell different periods and the annual discounts run from about 12% to 44%. Per day, prematch, with a month counted as 30 days:
| Scanner | Period | Price | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|
| BreakingBet PreMatch | 365 days | €139.85 | €0.38 |
| BreakingBet PreMatch | 30 days | €15.74 | €0.52 |
| Surebet.com Basic | 365 days | €199.90 | €0.55 |
| Surebet.com Basic | 30 days | €29.90 | €1.00 |
| RebelBetting Starter | annual | €69 × 12 | €2.30 |
| BetBurger Prematch | 30 days | €79.99 | €2.67 |
| RebelBetting Starter | monthly | €99 | €3.30 |
| OddStorm Pro PreMatch | 30 days | €150 | €5.00 |
Live is a shorter list: BreakingBet €1.05 a day, OddStorm Pro InPlay €6.33, BetBurger €9.33. Nine to one between cheapest and dearest, and the cheap one is the one whose refresh rate nobody agrees on.
RebelBetting shows the same digits in euro and in dollars, so a euro buyer pays about 8% more for the same plan. BreakingBet's renewal discount (15% monthly, 30% annual) applies only while a subscription is active; a one-day gap resets it.
The two cheapest scanners are the two run from the CIS. That is where their bookmaker lists point, and it is the reason for the price.
Free plans and free trials, scanner by scanner
BetBurger's free plan is free forever and shows real matches — on the value-bet feed, up to about 2%. The surebet columns stay locked until you pay. Surebet's Free plan is the one that shows real surebets: up to 1%, with the better ones counted in a header but hidden.
OddStorm and BreakingBet invert it.
Both show the arb (percentage, bookmakers, time to start) and hide the match. OddStorm masks the team names; BreakingBet masks the teams, the odds and the stake limits. You learn that arbs exist. Whether you could have taken one stays behind the paywall.
RebelBetting has no free plan but the most generous trial: 14 days, no card, real matches, 50 bets a day, sure bets capped at 2% and value bets at 5%. OddStorm's 7-day trial is the trap of the group: it needs a card and converts to a full month (€290 on the both-products tab) on day 8 unless you cancel.
Several comparison pages still say RebelBetting's trial caps arbs at 0.6% and runs on Windows only. Both were true a few years ago. The current trial runs in a browser and caps at 2%.
One free plan shows real surebets, one shows real value bets, two let you look, and one asks for a card first.
Refunds, auto-renewal and pauses
Billing terms are what the other comparison pages skip.
RebelBetting is the strictest: subscriptions auto-renew, refunds are banned outright under the Swedish rules for digital services, and the Profit Guarantee is an extra month, not money back. OddStorm auto-renews too, but gives seven days of no-questions money-back on the first plan, and, after that, a refund for the unused days at its own discretion, minus a €15–35 fee.
BetBurger has no refund window but refunds unused time, charging the hours used at the seven-day rate, plus 6% payment commission, plus a €35 penalty. Cancel a €79.99 month after a week and little comes back. Recurring billing is on by default and switched off in the account.
Surebet and BreakingBet do not auto-renew, so the question is only whether you get money back. Surebet refunds the unused days once seven days have passed; BreakingBet refunds in full within three days and nothing after. Freezing splits the same way: RebelBetting and OddStorm allow three pauses a year with a total cap, BreakingBet allows any number capped by days per plan, and BetBurger and Surebet have no pause at all.
With Surebet, a €9.90 week is the pause.
Prematch vs live arbitrage, and one scanner that does only football
Two of the five have no live feed. RebelBetting says so as policy, because it considers live arbitrage too risky for its members, and Surebet has never offered one. If in-play is the plan, the choice is BetBurger, OddStorm or BreakingBet.
OddStorm covers football only, and its argument is speed: one sport, scanned every one to three seconds in play. BetBurger covers 40 sports and 27 esports; BreakingBet 15 or 16 depending on the page; Surebet around 70 including virtuals. RebelBetting does not publish a count, and the sure bets on its trial came from small leagues: Estonian, Rwandan, Korean basketball.
On speed we have vendor claims and single tests: OddStorm 1–3 seconds in play, BreakingBet three to five by one source and fifteen by another, nothing published by the others that we would repeat.
Fifteen seconds is fine for prematch and slow for live.
Which bookmakers each scanner is built around
Bookmaker count matters less than bookmaker mix, and the filter shows the region in one glance.
BetBurger is the widest: European, Asian and Latin American books, with Pinnacle liquidity in the row. OddStorm pairs UK books and Betfair Exchange with Asian operators. Surebet runs from NaijaBet and Efbet to Pinnacle and lists Kalshi.
BreakingBet is the licensed Russian bookmakers plus betPawa, SportyBet and the African brands, alongside Pinnacle, Bet365 and Unibet. RebelBetting's 100+ are the mainstream European set, with Pinnacle as a partner since 2009.
None of the five is built for US sportsbooks. BreakingBet's terms bar US users outright, and the US comparison sites that rank OddsJam first are answering a different question. Italian bettors on the forums complain that BetBurger and RebelBetting barely cover their books; BreakingBet's feed, oddly, lists Sisal.
Count the books you already hold in each filter before you compare prices. A scanner with 600 bookmakers and four of yours is a scanner with four bookmakers.
Calculators, extensions, trackers and bots
Every scanner has a stake calculator in the row. The differences are in what happens after the calculation.
| Feature | BetBurger | RebelBetting | Surebet.com | OddStorm | BreakingBet |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Open the bookmaker from the row | Direct link | Link to bookmaker | SureBetSlip | Link icon; Auto-Navigation on Elite (Windows app) | OddsClicker extension |
| Bet tracker | Accounting | BetTracker (needed for the guarantee; export on Pro) | — | History | Bookkeeping, CSV export |
| Alerts | Email, Telegram bot | In-app | — | Notifications | Sound, push |
| API | Separate pricing | — | XML API | — | Separate pricing |
| Negative arbs | Yes | — | Yes | To −1% on paid plans | To about −3% |
RebelBetting's tracker is the one you cannot skip: the Profit Guarantee counts only bets logged and graded in it, and deleting bets voids the claim. BreakingBet's Bookkeeping is the most complete of the free ones: balances per bookmaker, ROI, exposure, bonuses. OddStorm sells its navigation as a €95-a-month upgrade; BreakingBet includes its extension on every plan.
What changed in 2026 that the other lists missed
Most comparison pages describe scanners that no longer exist in that form.
Surebet renamed its plans from Free, Professional and Professional+ to Free, Basic and Max; every review we found still uses the old names. OddStorm rebuilt its site, which the company calls its biggest change since 2007, and replaced VIP and VIP Plus+ with Pro and Elite, so the “no trial, matches hidden, €390 for both” descriptions are all stale.
BreakingBet's prices match no aggregator we checked: one lists $18.99 for prematch, another €24.99, the plan page says €15.74.
RebelBetting is described on at least one scanner directory as live-only with a Windows client. It is prematch-only and runs in a browser. BetBurger's “280+ bookmakers” in older comparisons is now 600+, and its paid 7-day trial has quietly become the thing to skip in favour of the day pass.
If a comparison quotes VIP tiers, Professional+ or a Windows download, it was written before 2026 and never checked.
Five scanners, three complaints
One line each, from public reviews, forums and Trustpilot. None of it is ours. BetBurger: line errors at roughly half of one subscriber's ten books, and a 30-hour suspension for running two computers on one IP under the automated-readout clause. RebelBetting: account limits are the dominant complaint, and the company's answer is that limits prove the strategy works.
Surebet: slow data and one pair per event. OddStorm: little public feedback since the rebuild; the old complaints were about hidden matches, which the trial now answers. BreakingBet: odds moved by the time the bookmaker page opened, and arbs that stay in the feed for hours after they stop paying.
Break-even turnover for each plan
At a 2% average surebet margin, a plan is covered when monthly stakes reach fifty times its price.
| Scanner | Plan | Monthly stakes to break even |
|---|---|---|
| BreakingBet | PreMatch €15.74 | €787 |
| Surebet.com | Basic €29.90 | €1,495 |
| BetBurger | Prematch €79.99 | €4,000 |
| RebelBetting | Starter €99 | €4,950 |
| OddStorm | Pro PreMatch €150 | €7,500 |
| BetBurger | Live €279.99 | €14,000 |
| OddStorm | Pro both €290 | €14,500 |
The 2% is the assumption doing the work. RebelBetting's Starter caps sure bets at 3.5%, so its number is realistic. BetBurger's live feed is bought for arbs well above 2%, so its number is pessimistic.
Which surebet scanner to choose
Start from your bookmakers. If your accounts are at European or African books and you bet before kick-off with a bankroll under a few thousand euros, Surebet Basic is the plan, and a €9.90 week is the test.
If those accounts are Russian, CIS or African, BreakingBet does the same job for half the money and freezes when you want it to. Neither auto-renews, so the worst case is a wasted week.
The rest is shorter:
- Live football, speed first: OddStorm Pro InPlay, after the 7-day trial, with a reminder on day 6.
- Widest bookmaker set and a free plan with real value bets: BetBurger. Buy the €5.99 day pass before the month, and switch off recurring billing.
- Value betting first, arbitrage second: RebelBetting, and only RebelBetting. The guarantee is real, with 500-bet conditions attached.
- Live at the lowest possible price on CIS-facing books: BreakingBet Live, after a €10 week to time the feed yourself.
