Yes, with reservations. Pin Up is operated by Carletta N.V. (registration number 142346, Dr. Henri Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao) and holds licence No. OGL/2024/580/0570, issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board on June 24, 2025 for an indefinite period. The "2024" in the licence number refers to the application year under the island's reformed framework, not the issue date; before the reform, the brand operated under Curaçao's old master-licence system, like most operators of its generation. Payments go through two Cyprus-registered agents of the parent company, B.W.I Black-Wood Limited (Limassol) and Carletta Limited (Nicosia), so a card statement may show a Cypriot entity rather than the brand name.
